Anah Byron Shaw was born December 30, 1961 to William Shaw and Mary Vardella Mounteer- Shaw in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was the 10 th of eleven children. Anah was proceeded in death by his parents and siblings: Billy Shaw, Ralph Shaw, Kimball Shaw and Sandy Shane. He was survived by siblings; Jack Shaw, Pat Shaw, JoAnn Rowley, Vicki Garcia, Carl Shaw (Gayle), Jean James (John). He is additionally survived by his children: Brandy Fackrell, Destiny Shaw (Brandon Belew), Piper Garcia (Travis), Randy Fackrell, Jordan Wines and Aimee Fackrell. His grandchildren; Isis O'Dell, Daxton Belew, Willa Garcia, Hazel Belew, and Syllis Garcia, believed their Papa hung the moon and stars and would one day take them to explore it all. Anah was married a few times, but held a special place in his heart for each of his children's mothers (Paige, Michelle and Sonja) but maintained a special lifetime bond with Paige Shaw and Sonja Carter.
Anah was fond of hunting, fishing, live music, Seagrams 7 and "crunchy beers". He lived life by his own rules and was determined to go out in the same fashion. His sense of humor was contagious and embarrassing, but only to those who weren't drinking with him. He loved hard and laughed even harder. Whether it was changing song lyrics to crude limericks, or just making the best of a bad situation, Anah never failed to elicit a smile and an inappropriate cackle.
He will be sorely missed but at the end of the day our Dad would of asked us all just to "Stop! Ya'll gonna wear me out!"
Celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, August 1 st at 6:30 PM in Murray Park, pavilion 5. 292 E Murray Park Ave.
