Betty Mace, 83 years old, passed away on Saturday, August 02, 2025.
She was born in Thornton, Idaho, to Walker and Emily Lyman on January 21, 1942. She married Larry F. Mace on February 10, 1962, in Burton, Idaho.
She enjoyed her grandsons, family, gardening, camping, the outdoors, fishing, hunting, arrowhead hunting, and rock hunting. She was a silversmith and a leather artisan.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra Kay of West Valley, son Brian K. (Barbara) of West Jordan, grandchildren Caelan and Connor of West Jordan, her sisters Verlene of Antioch, Janice of South Jordan, and brother Brent of Thornton. She is preceded in death by her husband, mother, father, and sister.
Funeral viewing services will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025 , at City View Mortuary, 1001 East 11th Avenue, Salt Lake City, Utah , from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., and a Graveside service at Salt Lake City Cemetery from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
