May 7th 1958- November 30th 2023.

James was born May 7th 1958 in Springfield Massachusetts to James Henry and Janet Louise. We found out on December 5th that Skipp had passed away November 30th in Salt Lake City Utah. Skipp loved his Harley and being a free spirit. He was a loyal friend to many and had a big heart. Skipp came from a military family and chose a branch to serve and joined The Mariness himself. He earned an honorable under medical discharge. He was always on the move as a child and as an adult, he never stayed in one place for long.

He is survived by Karen Palmer(sister) Richard Hess (brother). John & Brandy Klaus (Son & Daughter in law). Dustin Sturm & Jacklyn (Son & Daughter in law).

Crystal Frey (Daughter) and Anita Frey his ex, but remained friends. And Laurie Sturm (Cousin). Skipp had many nephews and great nephews and a niece. He had numerous grandchildren also.

Preceded in death by  his parents and Betty Jane (sister) and Dave Palmer(brother in law).

Skipp will be missed by many that new him, but he is no longer in pain.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
