Randy Craig Bryson

Randy Craig Bryson

Our beloved husband, son, brother, and uncle, Randy Bryson, passed away September 7, 2023, in Stockton, California, from complications related to his struggle with Parkinson’s Disease.

Randy was born on September 22, 1946, to Lucille and Keith Bryson in Salt Lake City, Utah, and married Addison Peter Lee on December 18, 2018, in Martinez, California.

In his early twenties, Randy began buying houses to remodel and sell, long before flipping houses was popular. He was very talented at home repairs and could fix pretty much anything. He restored a number of his own homes to the beauty and grandeur of the Victorian era.

Among his many interests, Randy especially loved collecting and refurbishing antiques from the Victorian era. He collected antiques of all kinds, from furniture to art glass, and especially loved paintings. Randy loved music, especially classical music and Broadway musicals. He also had a beautiful singing voice and loved to sing. European architecture was another of Randy’s interests, and he traveled to many countries, such as Austria, Canada, England, France, Germany, etc. He had hopes of traveling to Sweden to visit the birthplace of his grandmother.

Family was always important to Randy, and his family cherish the many wonderful memories of time spent with this gentle soul. No matter what age someone is when they pass, to those left behind, it is always too soon to let them go. That is how we feel about Randy. He will be dearly missed!

Randy was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, a brother-in-law, two sisters-in-law, and a partner. He is survived by his husband, Addison Peter Lee; his sister, Pamela Bai; eight nieces and nephews; and fourteen great nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at City View Mortuary (1001 E 11th Ave, Salt Lake City, UT 84103) on Saturday, September 16th at 11am with a viewing one hour prior.
